Strategic Planning

Businesses that do strategic planning have higher sales, return on assets, profit margins, and employee growth.  They are also more innovative, more likely to achieve international growth and less likely to fail. Despite the benefits, many organizations fail to plan.

Participants will learn to:

• Evaluate external factors that impact internal decisions
• Integrate the company’s mission into everyday processes
• Strategically go beyond the day-to-day activities of the company and provide a big picture of what they want to do and how they will get their
• Portray the company’s strategic plan succinctly in a few pages

One of the biggest factors that set successful organizations apart from others is their ability to move from intention to implementation. This is critical because an organization’s vision becomes reality only when measureable steps are in place.  They function as a daily compass guiding an organization to its desired destination. Yet many organizations struggle to transition their written vision into a corporate reality.

Lack of ownership is the number one reason that a strategic plan fails to achieve the desired results.  Although being a leader in strategic planning is done through three steps:  knowing where you are, knowing where you are going, and creating specific action plans to fill that gap.  A clear as crystal strategic plan is what you need.
